Policies
- All rates are double occupancy and include full breakfast.
- Room Rates: Our current rate range is $85 to $130 which varies according to season,
holidays and length of stay. Please call or send us an email for a quote with regard
to your specific travel plans.
- Two night minimum on some fall foliage, summer and holiday weekends.
- Check-in time: 3:00-6:00 PM.
- Check-out time: 11:00 AM.
- For early or late arrivals, please call ahead.
- Add 9% New Hampshire Lodging Tax to all rates.
- Methods of Payment: We honor traveler's checks, personal checks, or cash. (Sorry at this time we cannot accept credit cards.)
- Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions.
- Well behaved children are welcomed with prior arrangements.
- Pets can be accommodated with prior arrangements.
- All sleeping rooms are on the second floor. Should you require, because of limitations, first floor quarters
please ask. We will do our best to accommodate you.

There are a few times of the year when it is very busy, Pumpkin Fest, graduations and foliage season. At this time we reserve the option of requiring a two-night minimum.
Please consider us for your next holiday party, baby or bridal shower, small wedding, civil union and reception. We can accommodate groups from 2 to 50. Ask about catering options as well. |
